* Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and step forward with one leg. * Bend your front knee and lower your body until your thigh is parallel to the ground. * Pause for a second, then push yourself back up to the starting position. * Repeat for 10-12 repetitions on each leg.

Exercise 4: Triceps Dips

* Place your hands shoulder-width apart on a bench or chair. * Bend your elbows and lower your body until your elbows are at a 90-degree angle. * Pause for a second, then push yourself back up to the starting position. * Repeat for 10-12 repetitions.

Exercise 5: Plank

* Start in a plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your feet extended behind you. * Hold the position for as long as you can. * Aim for 30 seconds or more.
